No — you can browse and preview all beats without an account. You only need to create a free account when you're ready to purchase.

What license should I choose?

Standard works for most independent artists (up to 10K streams). Premium is ideal for commercial releases and radio play (up to 500K streams). Unlimited covers everything with no distribution caps. Exclusive gives you sole rights — the beat is removed from the catalog.

Can I upgrade my license after purchase?

Yes — it's fully automatic. Go to Dashboard › My Purchases, click "Upgrade license" on the beat you bought, pick the higher tier, and you only pay the difference. The new license certificate and the higher-tier files (WAV, stems, etc.) are unlocked instantly after payment — no support ticket needed.

Are all sales final?

Yes — due to the digital nature of beats, all sales are final once downloaded. If you have a technical issue preventing download, contact us within 48 hours.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay — all processed securely via Stripe.

Where do I find my downloads after purchase?

Immediately after payment, you'll receive an email with your download links. You can also access all your purchases any time from your Dashboard → Purchases.

How long are download links valid?

Download links in your confirmation email expire after 7 days. However, you can re-download your beats at any time from your dashboard — there's no expiry on dashboard downloads.

What file format will I receive?

You'll receive the original high-quality audio file uploaded by the producer — typically WAV (24-bit/44.1kHz) for the best quality. Some beats may include MP3 versions as well.

Can I order a custom beat made specifically for me?

Yes! If you can't find what you need in the catalog, head to the /custom page and describe your vision: genre, BPM, mood, references, deadline. We'll send you a free quote within 48 hours.

How does payment work for custom beats?

After accepting our quote, you pay a 50% deposit upfront via Stripe. Once the beat is delivered, you pay the remaining 50% balance to receive the full files.

Typically 3 to 7 days depending on complexity. Rush orders can be delivered in 24-48 hours for an additional fee.

Make sure your browser allows audio. Try clicking the play button directly on the beat card. If it still doesn't work, refresh the page or try a different browser (Chrome or Safari work best).

Check your spam/junk folder first. If it's not there, log in to your dashboard — your order and download links will be there. If you still have issues, contact support with your order ID.
