Refund Policy

1. Digital Goods — No Refund Policy

All products sold on CoolbyBeatShop are digital downloads (beat instrumentals and beat packs) delivered immediately upon payment. In accordance with Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), you expressly acknowledge and agree that you waive your right of withdrawal once the download link has been provided or the file has been accessed.

Because digital files can be copied and retained after download, we are unable to offer refunds on completed purchases under normal circumstances.

2. Exceptions

We will issue a refund or store credit in the following situations:

• You were charged twice for the same order (duplicate charge).
• The file you purchased is corrupted or technically defective and we cannot provide a functional replacement within 5 business days.
• Your purchase was the result of an unauthorized transaction and you notify us within 14 days.

3. How to Request a Refund

Send an email to contact@coolbybeatshop.com within 14 days of your purchase date with:

• Your order number or invoice number.
• The email address used at checkout.
• A description of the issue.

We aim to respond within 3 business days.

4. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in immediate suspension of your account and loss of access to purchased licenses. We cooperate fully with payment processors and will provide all evidence of delivery.

5. Governing Law

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Luxembourg City.
